My car looked amazing!! People were professional and polite!! Complimentary coffee and popcorn.
I’m not particularly pleased with the experience. I had to take my car in the day after the accident because of work commitments. I didn’t notice the small crack in the windshield until a day or two later, when temperature changes caused it to widen. The person who provided the initial estimate was not interested in discussing any additional damage, except perhaps what they could see when they inspected the car.
