Go Elsewhere!! Unfortunately, my entire experience with Caliber Collision was a total disaster. I was in an accident with my Volkswagen Passat during one of our rare snow events, and my insurance agent said that I should pick whichever body shop in the area could get me in the fastest. Last time here. The real test of the reliability of a business is the way they handle problems that may crop up. In the past, I would have given Abra a 5 star rating. Now I would give them a 1 and won't use their services in the future. I had some very extensive damage requiring replacement of two driver side doors. When driving away after completion the wind noise coming from the back driver side door was quite obvious, sounding like the window was open, so I immediately went back. My Forester Subaru My Forester was hit from the back. I took it to the West Loop Auto South at 3363 W. Columbus. It looked 'Great' after they finished repairing it. They had a rental agency pick me up, so that I could get a car. They gave me a lifetime warranty on the work they performed. They were very courteous and did everything that they promised. I would recommend them to anyone. I know you would be happy with the service.

Avoid Church Brothers has auto body people that barely meet the min. requirement for certification. Some of Church Brothers repair people do not even have ASA certification. They have, in all outlets, had a problem with overlooking cracks in metal and using to much paint- possibly to cover up cracks. they do not match colors or sades of color to match the rest of your car. great work!!! Excellent service. Car was ready on time and cleaned and vacuumed properly. All the damage was worked on carefully. service advisor Chris was very helpful in explaining and taking care of all the work my car needed
