Caliber Collision has a friendly and courteous team of workers. They work well with Gieco and Enterprise. Our car was repaired within a week.
great place to repair your vehicle
This place made everything super easy and fast. I worked with Austin, and he was awesome—explained what to expect, handled everything, and kept me updated the whole way. Because of him, my experience with Caliber Collision was great. Hopefully I don’t need their services again anytime soon, but if I do, I’ll definitely be back. I’ll also be recommending them to friends and family.
The repair itself was fine. The smoke smell and cigarette butts in the car were not fine. Still dealing with cigarette smoke smell in my car after the repair was done. Maybe next time don't smoke your cigarettes in the car during the repair? And still finding cigarette butts in the floor of the vehicle and between seats. Really? Is this normal to have people smoke in a car from someone that doesnt smoke? Nice that you cleaned the interior only to leave cigarette butts and smoke smell throughout the vehicle. Awesome!
