We had the BEST experience with Caliber Collision (Forest Park). My 2012 Suburban had some minor body damage (thanks to my husband) and my hood was peeling from a previous paint job (from another business, which was poorly done). We worked with Barry and when he was finished, my car looked brand new. I want to thank Barry and Jennifer (front desk) for the great service and repairs. If we ever need this type of service in the future, we will be back. Thank you!
The staff is very friendly and seems to enjoy working together. The front desk young ladies were soooo sweet.The waiting room is very clean. Barry retrieved my work parking sticker from my car so I could use it on the rental ( nice) He also made sure to clean my vehicle after the repairs were done. Buffed out a few dings unrelated to the accident as well. he gets 2 thumbs up.
I was kept well informed of the progress of my repairs and notified when the car was completed early. I was very happy with their work and would highly recommend caliber to anyone in need of body work and repairs.
