And beyond expectations in customer service ! I have never in my life experienced such professionalism and great service in an auto body repair shop like Calliber! They made me really feel like I was leaving my car with family and when I picked up the car so clean as well. Had an insurance claim on my vehicle. I took it to this shop for an estimate in November of 2023. The shop said that they would reach out to schedule the repair. I did not hear from them for several months so called back. They ensured me that they would call to schedule and still have not heard from them. It is now July 2024. I let my insurance provider know of this issue so that I could take my car to a different repair shop. Issue above was resolved. I worked with them with another car. They were great. Thanks!
