I had a great experience at Caliber Collision off New Bern Avenue. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly, and the customer service was top-notch. Jason was incredibly helpful and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I’ll definitely be recommending Caliber Collision to my friends and family!
Front desk, Lady is nice, the other workers are lazy, I went and waste my time they told me they don’t take larger truck like an F150 due to the shop been too small, they need to update their website specifying description before wasting peoples time.
Excellent customer service with Kimberly off of New Bern. Talked me thru my concerns, kept me up to date on the process and delivered early. Work on the car also great!
Front office was very helpful with me to understand the process with getting my car in for repairs through insurance.
