The shop did great work. The staff was friendly and provided communication throughout the entire process
Add brand new car with 8000 miles on it that hit a deer. There was extensive damage to the left quarter panel in front bumper. We were also going on vacation the next day. Caliber collision worked with our insurance company got our car in for repairs the day That we hit the deer.. They started repairs while we were on vacation working with our insurance company. Caliber Collision ensured that my vehicle was handled well. They estimated the damage, worked with the insurer, and handled the rental. The work was completed on time and was excellent. They ensured that all the systems also functioned properly. Communication from the estimator and progress information were really good. Similarly, the process with the rental company was also handled very well. Kudos to the whole team for making us feel taken care of in a difficult situation due to ht and run.
