Great customer service, completed the repairs early with no issues so far. Definitely better experience than the competition.
My Dodge went into the shop covered in scratches, with the paint in terrible condition. Honestly it looked pretty horrible, but Eric did an absolutely outstanding job! I was genuinely left speechless when I saw the results. My car looks like it just rolled off the lot the day I bought it! I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Eric truly went above and beyond,I highly recommend him to anyone looking to bring their car back to life!
Kyle was communicative through the whole process keeping me up to date. Just picked up today and all looked great. They were sure to tell me about the warranty on the work as well. Sharp young man who made the process easy.
The whole process was smooth from drop off to pick up. Eric kept me updated throughout the whole repair process. He was extremely knowledgeable and would respond quickly if needed. I would highly recommend.
From the moment I dropped my vehicle off at Caliber Collision, I knew they were going to take of it. The level of professionalism by their staff is superior and I would gladly recommend this repair center to anyone.
