There is no proactive response, had to manage without rental car. The delivery date pushed multiple times with no prior information. There was some left out work, when i asked they repeatedly said, give 10/10 in the survey to finish that work. I am not recommending this location.
Vehicle was repaired by original promised day despite busy holiday season and looked brand new after the repairs. Customer service kept us informed of the status throughout the repair process.
Great service and they washed my car too!
