Great place with great people! This place was amazing! I do a lot of work with cars and deal with repair shops a lot and these people were very helpful and professional. I went in the have my quarter panel fixed and they did a great job and even buffed out some other scratches that were unrelated. When I looked it over there was a little over spray and they took it right back and buffed it out in less than 10 minutes. Definitely recommend.
Best Repair Shop in Forsyth County!!!! – My 9 day old BMW 650i had a run-in with a deer. I was devastated and did alot of research on where to take my car for repair. My insurance company led me to Abra for the quote; however, when I met Matt Carrier and heard how they would get my new baby back on the roadI was sold. I chose Abra to do the repairs. Good customer service – I visited Abra twice. The first time was getting repairs on my Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo after another car smashed the driver-side door. Abra's manager was helpful, straight-forward, and keep me up to date on the progress of repairs. Things were handled quickly and efficiently. The second time I had to go back a year later when my driver-side window stopped working. Abra took action and promptly fixed the issue on the same day! Great customer service!!
I'd be very wary. – I went in for an estimate for a hood replacement. And was shocked to get one for over two thousand dollars. I'm guessing they hope auto insurance will pay anything.
Too much headache and time wasted, not to mention false promises. – I was totally dissatisfied with the quality of the work done. My vehicle was taken back three times to have bubbles and flaws in the paint job corrected and returned twice for the trunk lid not popping open properly when the trunk release was used.
