My daughter took her vehicle here to fix a bumper damaged by another driver, who agreed to pay for the repairs. Kendra told us over the phone that it was no problem for him (as a 3rd party) to pay for the work, that they ‘“do it all the time” however when he arrived to pay they would not accept payment either by credit card or cashier check. A good experience overall. Matt Stone was Great to work with and they made sure I was satisfied with my vehicle before I drove it off their property. Communication was very good and rental car was fairly easy to deal with. Once my car got there, they took care of pretty much everything. I would recommend Caliber in the future.
The lift gate on our vehicle was damaged and had to be replaced - Matt Stone was our advisor. We brought the car in on a Tuesday, with a 2 week estimated time to repair. It was ready the next Tuesday, and looked perfect. Thanks for the excellent work and service
