A good experience overall. Matt Stone was Great to work with and they made sure I was satisfied with my vehicle before I drove it off their property. Communication was very good and rental car was fairly easy to deal with. Once my car got there, they took care of pretty much everything. I would recommend Caliber in the future.
The lift gate on our vehicle was damaged and had to be replaced - Matt Stone was our advisor. We brought the car in on a Tuesday, with a 2 week estimated time to repair. It was ready the next Tuesday, and looked perfect. Thanks for the excellent work and service
