Abra is best in cedar rapids. Rich is very experienced and polite person and staff members are gentle. I got my honda CRV 2017 ex fixed. I'm very satisfied with their service.
My HUSBAND Jasminder (Jassi) Singh had Abra do all the body work on his SUV recently when we had an accident in W Des Moines and was rear ended. Abra did an amazing job with all the repairs. We had a rental car readily available so my HUSBAND could travel from Cedar Rapids to his Restraunt Business I80 Dhaba in Grinnell. We highly recommend Abra for any kind of vehicle repairs. Rich was right on with the other insurance so we had no out of pocket expenses.
Everyone was professional, knowledgeable and did a fantastic job repairing my vehicle. Can't tell it was ever in an accident.
Abra did a good job at repairing my vehicle after it was hit. The insurance company wanted me to go to Abra. They kept in touch with along the way and were great deal with. They did leave some trash in the car including window spray, but probably just an oversight.
Great people and they do timely, high quality repair work.
