RecommendedI used this location for an insurance claim to repair my tail bumper. I dropped my car off on a Monday, they arranged for my rental to pick me up at their location. I received text updates daily and even a call back in a timely manner to give me an estimate in real time for them to have it finished. With a holiday weekend they still had it back in exactly a week and they even detailed the inside even tho it had NOTHING to do with the claim. I had a wonderful experience having a car window replaced locally at ABRA Auto Body & Glass of Cleveland right behind the Honda dealership on Lee Highway. I Just replaced the windshield at safelight last month and a tree takes out one of my back windows. Not only were they cheaper than safelight, they were friendlier and fixed something for free that safelight neglected to do right the first time as a surprise gesture and he wouldn't even accept a tip for his extra time and effort. Highly recommend!
Excellent Service from the Auto body work to customer service! I was notified every other day on the process of my car. Very satisfied with the work done too!
I had my car broken into and a window shattered. Abra did my work in a timely manner, and had the lowest quote I could find. I was so surprised when I picked my car up that they had completely cleaned all of the shards of glass! Made a terrible situation more bearable, thanks to the staff!
Took my car yesterday to get an estimate and was told I will receive an e mail about it... Yet to receive it.
If I can't reach or get an answer regarding the status of my estimate repair after 4 days and keep getting "We will call you back," I'm sorry, but you are not getting my business. Poor customer service right from the start.
