Great experience from start to finish. The work was excellent, the staff was friendly and professional and my car came out looking great. Highly recommend this shop!
Friendly employees. However, I was not provided weekly updates as told. When I picked up my car, after driving 2 blocks I had to turn around and go back because it was not completely fixed and was not safe to drive. They then discovered the "ball/wheel bearing" had a problem - I specifically mentioned the issues related to this when I dropped off the car initially. Good quality work.
I brought my car in for repairs the staff was professional, knowledgeable and friendly the work was completed on time and the price was great. The work is excellent. If your car needs body work Caliber Collision gets 10/10 from start to finish.I highly recommend Caliber Collision btw ask for Tim.
This has been a horrible experience. I’ve had five extensions so far on when I would get my car back and still can’t be given a firm date. After the first week and a half, I don’t even get updates. I have to call and find out and still can’t get anyone to commit to anything. I hope the work turns out nice because after all of this if I have to leave it there any longer it’ll be beyond ridiculous.
