Got into an accident and my car got taken to this location and the service advisor Jimmie was amazing to work with, kept me informed the entire process and was able to drop off my rental at this location and take my car home. The receptionist Gloria had great customer service and had the paper waiting for me before I got in. The repairs looked amazing as if the accident never happened. I was ecstatic when i got the call my car was ready! I heard horror stories where cars took months to get repaired and I got mine back in less than 2 weeks!! My car looked like it just came out of the showroom, it was sooooo shiny and looked brand new. The staff was also sooo friendly. I will definitely recommend Caliber to anyone that needs repair work!
