Overall Assessment The handling of this claim by USAA, Caliber Collision, and Enterprise was substandard. As a long-term customer and former insurance agency owner, I found the experience deeply disappointing and a failure in client service. Just had my car repaired at Caliber Collision in Xenia. The staff was friendly and professional. Communication was excellent and the quality of work was fantastic. I’m very satisfied, would definitely recommend.
