The service and initial repair was fine. But a new problem arised. I called and spoke to Scott who was over our account. I explained the issue and he basically tried to "pass the buck" in saying it's not his issue and doubted it was caused by the accident. However after speaking with other collision repair representatives at different companies, they all said yes it was possible. Which makes me lose trust in that a full inspection was done.
