Overall great experience from the initial estimate to final finish. I was also able to pick my rental up the same day of dropping off my vehicle. I was able to leave the rental at the body shop after receiving my vehicle. Jan you guys are great.
Professional service. Good communications and seamless integration with my insurance payment system so there were no issues to deal with. Would recommend Caliber Collision and use them again should work be needed.
We have used Caliber Collision in Magnolia twice & have been extremely happy with their work. Brad in service explained exactly what work needed to be done & kept us posted on a regular basis. Great job Brad & team 😀

Had a paint job completed here after a few scratches on my car. Mac was great - kept me informed the whole way, let me ask all the questions I needed to, and made sure that I understood any issues that might occur afterwards & how to get back in touch.
