DO NOT USE! My experience with Caliber Collision in Maryville was extremely disappointing. What I was initially told would take about a week ended up taking nearly two months. When I finally got my vehicle back, it had multiple large white scratches that were not there before. You can see it’s from where they had set stuff on the hood when it was being repaired. Very polite staff that kept me informed of what was happening with my vehicle. Fantastic job on the repair and my car was detailed upon pickup, a very nice and unexpected perk!
My equinox was parked when got hit and run. Took it to caliber collision for repairs. They kept me updated every step of the way. Krissy reached out the day before letting me know on track for pick up. Would use them again for any repair needs. Totally satisfied!
