This place is horrible!! My insurance company sent us here, we live 45 mins away but this is the closest place. We call to make an appointment to bring in our truck and I rearrange everything to drive down. Once we get here they tell us it will be over a month before they can see our truck!!! LIed about a scratched window that came in, did not offer an adequate solution, and wanted to reschedule the Saturday Appt, as likely their driver for this area called in sick so they wanted it to be 2 days later, which would not be possible to receive a replacement in time with shipping (Sunday), and 1 business day in between. I brought my work truck in to have hail damage removed, didn't think I would have to worry about removing my valuable items since I was dealing with a reputable company like abra... I HAVE BEEN TO FOREST LAKE ABRA AND BOTH TIMES WERE DISASTERS. THE FIRST TIME WAS TO HAVE MY HEADLIGHTS ADJUSTED PROPERLY. THEY SAID THAT THEY HAD TO REVERSE MY HEADLIGHT CAUSE SOMEONE PUT THEM IN BACKWARDS THE HONEST TRUTH IS THEY PUT THEM IN UPSIDE DOWN. THE SECOND TIME I WENT TO FIND OUT IF AN ADJUSTER HAD RUINED A PAINT JOB. THE ADJUSTER WAS BUSY SOMEONE ELSE CAME OUT. THE MAN STATED A BUNCH OF DRIBBLE AND I NEVER GOT AN ANSWER TO MY QUESTION.
