I had a windshield chip that needed repair. This service is covered through my dealership that contracts this work with Abra. My appointment was set for 9:15 AM and the rep with Abra didn’t show up until 10:45. Be on time because my time is valuable. Unacceptable.

I was sent to this shop after I was rear ended on 10/29/18. They replaced my bumper. I noticed a a discoloring on the new bumper about a month ago. I thought something splashed on it. I took my finger and it rubbed off in the few places, so I went about my business. My Ram is a 2003. I had the original bumper on it without any issues-or rust until the accident. My vehicle was serviced early Jan 2019 after being rear ended on my way to work. I went through the insurance of the driver that hit me to pay for the repairs of my vehicle. They estimated my damages at $15.00!?!?! Abra in Crestwood did an extensive inspection of my bumper and the damages came to close to $700.00!! Long way from the $15.00 the drivers insurance company estimated for damages.
