I had an extremely disappointing experience with Caliber Collision after my accident. They repaired my vehicle using parts that were not the correct fit for my car. When I pointed out the problem, Jennifer told me that **GEICO** instructed them to use those parts. Instead of taking responsibility for the poor workmanship, they blamed my insurance company.
