Horrible customer service
They did a great job with my car! Very friendly people. They also kept me updated on the status of my car. (See before and after pictures in the comments)
Horrible customer service and mediocre work. Was accused of looking for free work when I guestioned the quality of repair. Multiple times! Heard the manager lie to a customer on the phone who was not happy while waiting for my car (that had an issue still when I came to pick it up)
Abra of Rockford did an awesome job on my car. The staff there is wonderful and truly care about you and meeting your needs. Highly recommend!
