The Office Administrator, Mercedes, was friendly and easy to work with. The Customer Service Consultant, Aubry was excellent at providing an accurate estimate, kept me informed on the progress and was great to work with. The work was done on time and high quality. I recommend Caliber as did a great job for me.

I canceled my appointment with Caliber Collision after I noticed the estimate they gave me in person was different than what they submitted to my insurance. Long story short, Mercedes is rude. She argued with me over the phone with my insurance, claiming that nothing changed when they submitted my estimate. I had to take time out of my day to go down there to meet with the Regional Director because Mercedes refused to meet with me after our phone call. Wonderful service, quick to answer questions and very personable. Beautiful workmanship, feel they went out of the way to really please me. Will highly recommend them to anyone needing work. Prices incredibly great. I had a bid for same body work in Roseburg for 9,000, caliber quoted me $3000. Wow how tremendous is this. Michael service tech, and McKenzie made me so welcomed.
