The Caliber staff was friendly and very helpful. My car was finished well before the earliest estimated date and looks like new.
I can’t tell you how great their service was. The people were kind, courteous, Pleasant to talk to, always smiling. I don’t have a lot of experience with having my car fixed, but I definitely would recommend them.
Nobody wants to have to visit a body repair shop, but Caliber Collision made the experience as pleasant as it can be. Good communication by text (my choice) kept me informed of progress, they phoned when necessary, shuttled me back home after drop off, and picked me up on the day of collection.
