I can’t say enough good things about our experience. The customer service was excellent start to finish. Our van was repaired well and even cleaned inside and out prior to pickup!
I just got my Mercedes back today and I have to say they did an amazing job on the front end, drivers side damage from being hit by a bus. My vehicle is perfect and I'm grateful for their expertise. Best customer service I've seen in a very long time! Courteous, timely, and a relief to have my car in their hands after I was in an accident.
I hit what I believe was a baby doe. Broke my front bumper and damaged my air conditioning unit. Called GEICO, who just so happen to have an office at Abra. My Lexus was evaluated, rental car arrived and had my car back in 3 days. Great job GEICO AND ABRA!!

I am a total customer service snob from working in the customer service/the service industry, and I had a great experience working with ABRA (I'm with Geico for insurance and this is the closest of their Geico Xpress shop options). They were friendly, organized, helpful, and quick (took it in Monday, had it back by Wendesday).
