My car was recently rear-ended. I had Caliber in Brookfield do the work. They were very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process from explaining the initial process through completion. They worked the other driver's insurance and took care of everything that was needed. Excellent quality on the repair and done ahead of schedule.
Pathetic customer service and repair quality. Avoid this place if you can help it!!
I had a great experience with Caliber on Barker. Aaron kept me updated throughout the whole process. It was nice that when I called in to check on my car during the hail storms, he had already started moving all of the cars inside. I would highly recommend this location and Aaron specifically. They take great care of your car and provide excellent customer service. They are also partnered with Enterprise which made the rental experience smooth.
