RecommendedBrought my Nissan Rogue in and Joel helped me out and didn’t charge! They were the only body shop willing to try “popping out” my bumper ding. Others estimated $1,200 repair cost. Joel at Abra Auto has all my future business! They are awesome!
Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!!! We took our 2019 Ford Fusion in. Ben the manager constantly lies to your face and when called out gets upset. The car went in for deer damage. When we got it back a week ago, they already had it 3 weeks, we noticed the windshield was broken while in their care. this place is a joke. the worst paint job I've ever seen and Don was the most disrepectful excuse for a manager I've ever dealt with.
RecommendedThe insurance of the person who hit me recommended I go here...which left me a little leery to begin with. But after going for my estimate of damages I'm impressed. Shane was BEYOND helpful, professional and kind. After he was done and I went to go home my car wouldn't start! He went out of his way to try to help me get my car running so I could make it home safely! ABOVE & BEYOND! Definitely recommend!!!
