These guys must be doctors now. I went in for a simple estimate on a couple of small dents. The guy asked if I had an appointment to get an estimate. I told him I've never had to do that before. He said that he couldn't do anything since I didn't have an appointment. I had to wait while they dealt with the guy ahead of me that needed a simple buffing out from something on his bumper.
