I had a great experience with Caliber Collision. Brett was awesome to work with and kept me updated throughout the entire process. I'm really happy with how everything turned out.
Had a great experience with Cadillac Collision! Their communication was amazing, they always kept me updated on my car and were quick to answer any questions I had by call or text. The receptionist was super nice, and a big shoutout to Brett for going above and beyond to make the whole process easy. I really appreciate everything the team did!
UPDATE +1 week: Caliber has been highly responsive and responsible about the situation. They have determined what likely took place and are developing a plan. They said that they are firmly committed to make the situation right. I believe they mean it. More to come. ORIGINAL: Terrible repair experience. They called the car complete but nobody had checked it. Doors not closing properly. Bumper not attached properly. New paint chipped. But the worst part is that they sprayed paint inside the vehicle.
