RecommendedBlue, my 1997 Toyota Tercel with over 230k miles, needed the driver's door fixed. It wouldn't open from the inside. My budget wasn't ready for a bill of over $200. Instead of turning me away, one of the guys took a lever and balance and lifted the door up so it fit correctly into frame then tightened a couple of hooks that were extremely loose. I want to thank Rebecca and the staff.. My 19 yr old daughters first brand new car was hit in the rear quarter panel with only 5000 miles on it. She was devastated. But they fixed it and the car looked like nothing had every happen to it. I own a automotive repair shop and very critical of other people's work. Awesome job done by you and your staff!!!
I was referred to Abra by Farmers Insurance. Upon walking in I'll just say the lady working the service desk was very unprofessional. I don't know if she was having a bad day but, I was greeted poorly and with disdain. She completely acted like she wanted nothing to do with helping me, so I asked her if they wanted my business or not. This place is not good. I went to the Watson location in St. Louis. Before I committed to going there I told Tim Harris I had I better price at another place and asked if he would match it. Since my agent referred me to them I preferred to use them. He said he would. I picked my car up today and he said we never had that conversation. On top of getting screwed over less than $200 they didn't fix my cruise control. They put a price of their own reputation of less than $200. That's pretty sad. I cannot say enough good things about this place!!! I had an issue with another body shop and between my agent and Team One, they got this issue resolved. My car looks amazing. They are on the State Farm preferred list as a FYI. Tiffany and her team were extremel professional and took great care of me!!
