Went here for a quote after hitting a deer. Had a 11:00 appointment, at 11:20 I let them know I needed to leave soon. I was asked if I would like to reschedule because the person that was going to be doing the quote was chatting with a family member. Did not reschedule, would not suggest doing business with them.

Scott Kruger helped me navigate the horrible and convoluted process of talking to State Farm and getting repairs underway as soon as possible. He was always available to let me know where things were at when I called to check. The front desk staff came off as a little short at first but turned out to be very kind in the end, too. I highly recommend this collision center, especially if you are forced to work with State Farm.

I highly recommend this place, staff excellent to work with and seat down to explain the issues and how they can help to get better parts. They did an excellent job on my son’s Audi A4 that he had crashed couple months ago.

Being in a car accident and working with insurance is typically a very unpleasant experience. Scott made this whole experience seem so easy. I enjoyed working with him and the whole crew. They did an amazing job and my car was done ahead of schedule.
