Deer v car, deer won! ABRA was recommended for my repairs. As with anything car related, I worried about the work being done. The team took care of my repairs. There were a few glitches, but they addressed them and were professional an d repeated that they wanted me to be happy with the work. In the end, I was happy with the work and would definitely go back if needed (but I hope I don’t have to!).
Scheduled a free repair estimate. When I arrived they told me they couldn’t do it and sent me to Junge Ford because they “work with them.” Junge Ford then charged me $200 for the same service after no mention of fees. If you “work with them” you’d know they charge. Wouldn’t be surprised if you get a cut. Do not recommend.
Quality was good but repairs took twice as long as they should have
I recently brought my car to ABRA North Liberty for hail damage repair and if I could give more than 5 stars I would. The customer service is fantastic and I appreciate Jason keeping me up to date on my vehicle repair status. My car looks beautiful. Highly recommend ABRA! Thanks for fixing my car!
