We brought in our 2026 vehicle (only a couple months old) for a windshield replacement and had one of the worst customer service experiences we've ever encountered. First, they overcharged us on our deductible and it took three weeks to get our own money back. Three weeks. The repair itself also took two weeks — for a windshield. Why?
