I would NEVER use Abra again! Long story short - my car was hit by a deer and I took it to Abra for repair. They did $1,327.19 worth of work. Another shop found $1,878.53 of work that they missed after they were "done." The estimate done by Gary Klein, their production manager, did not include a SINGLE additional repair that was not included on the original insurance estimate (which was based on a video inspection over my phone).
