Amazing experience. Great communication and very professional!
I had a broken trim around my tail light and needed a new one. Service was excellent and staff were friendly.
Made an appointment. Wait 20 min past set time , then waited 45 min after they looked at it .then they told me they couldn't get the code for the paint on my car . So they couldn't do it . A big waste of time
Great experience here at caliber collision. Everyone was very helpful. I would crash my car again just so I could come back to this awesome shop.
Told them there was a rattle underneath the car. Must not have looked. Took it to dealer and they found the large splash cover under the middle of the vehicle had been hit and crushed the exhaust tunnel into the exhaust. Never received any follow up from Southport Caliber after sending them an email.
