They held my vehicle for an extra week waiting in a $200 insurance payment. The payment went through on a Thursday- we called numerous times and they did not call back and now we are still waiting on our finished vehicle for an extra few days bc they are closed on the weekend. They are rude when you call and they held my vehicle hostage over $200 when the insurance paid them over $7k already and I have the deductible ready.
