I hit a baby deer going 70. I told Alex that it went under the car. And it needs an alignment. The repair work took extra long. I finally picked up my car to find a cheap aftermarket headlight that didnt match my trim package. And no alignment. When i called the guy said he knew better than me. When i asked how he test drove it without putting any miles on it. He said he test drove it in the parking lot. My car was never looked at by a professional mechanic, until i brought it back. I am truly displeased with the work ethic of the staff at this location. My windshield needed to be replaced, so I scheduled an appointment with Abra for this morning. I was shockingly surprised Abra hadn't even plowed their entry to the parking lot. Thankfully my fiancé and I were both able to make it in, but leaving was a different story. I just did but I'll do it again. They get all 5s. See survey below but I can add that they kept me informed, vehicle ready when promised and they did a great job, quickly. I'd go there again. I also told my insurance company what a good job they did.
