RecommendedNobody is happy to be at the auto body shop, so it can be a stressful time. I've taken 2 cars to Abra and they were great both times. They worked well with my insurance company and the rental car place. The paint work, and fit and finish were great. This last time, they accidentally sanded or buffed one of the glossy black trim pieces. But, they had the dealership overnight a replacement part and quickly fixed that -- on their dime. Great customer service. My car looks amazing again! They even fixed minor cosmetic damage that they didn't need to. Thank you so so much. My Highlander is good as new!!
They should call when something g needs to be rescheduled not tell wait till a customer shows up and then reschedule them
Horrible communication and lying within their own staff to protect themselves. No sending of a breakdown of repairs and no final invoice yet they are great at threatening to send you to collections claiming they have made multiple attempts to collect which is not true. I finally gave them my credit card and said fine charge me for whatever charge you need to even though you haven’t given me a final invoice. Michell and Everick helped me through my repair. They were terrific! Kept in touch the whole time by text, finished the job in a day, and treated me like royalty. Jessica (Enterprise) arranged my rental car. 5-stars, two thumbs up for Abra, Downtown Salt Lake!
Did an amazing job. Amy helped me every step of the way and made sure I was completely satisfied, and kept me updated every step of the way. I Would recommend Abra to anyone.
I have taken my truck into them 4 times. They do a crappy job. I would not recommend them to anyone I know.
I had some stuff happen to my car over the years that I needed fixed. I got a few quotes from different places and finally brought it into Abra. They not only beat the other quote I was given but did custom paint, shined my headlights and did it in a third of the time. The enterprise pick-up was convenient and they were able to get me a better rate than what enterprise normally charges.
