RecommendedNobody is happy to be at the auto body shop, so it can be a stressful time. I've taken 2 cars to Abra and they were great both times. They worked well with my insurance company and the rental car place. The paint work, and fit and finish were great. This last time, they accidentally sanded or buffed one of the glossy black trim pieces. But, they had the dealership overnight a replacement part and quickly fixed that -- on their dime. Great customer service. My car looks amazing again! They even fixed minor cosmetic damage that they didn't need to. Thank you so so much. My Highlander is good as new!!
They should call when something g needs to be rescheduled not tell wait till a customer shows up and then reschedule them
Horrible communication and lying within their own staff to protect themselves. No sending of a breakdown of repairs and no final invoice yet they are great at threatening to send you to collections claiming they have made multiple attempts to collect which is not true. I finally gave them my credit card and said fine charge me for whatever charge you need to even though you haven’t given me a final invoice. Michell and Everick helped me through my repair. They were terrific! Kept in touch the whole time by text, finished the job in a day, and treated me like royalty. Jessica (Enterprise) arranged my rental car. 5-stars, two thumbs up for Abra, Downtown Salt Lake!
Did an amazing job. Amy helped me every step of the way and made sure I was completely satisfied, and kept me updated every step of the way. I Would recommend Abra to anyone.
I have taken my truck into them 4 times. They do a crappy job. I would not recommend them to anyone I know.
After receiving an estimate which put the damage at 71.3% of value, they changed their mind and told Farmer's Insurance (the other guy's insurance; not mine thank goodness) that they couldn't actually be sure it would still be within the 75% threshold once they tore the car down - just in case there were "hidden" problems. I have had 4 other estimates, all of which have confirmed I only have cosmetic damage but because of the price of new parts and body work the amount is high and they want to total my car.
