Abra did a terrific job on my wife's Subaru Forester. Also we were treated very well by Jeremy when we stopped by to take her Subaru home. They even washed the car and put a spare, which was missing, in it. Everyone at Abra treated us like family and made us feel right at home. Please accept our thanks. **WARNING*** DO NOT TAKE YOUR LUXURY CAR HERE UNLESS YOU WANT IT RUINED. They do not follow the insurance estimate, do very shoddy repair work, do not want to order parts and will do anything to try to pocket the extra insurance money! My Infiniti FX35 had a damaged rear bumper and the insurance estimate called for a bumper replacement, because the rear bumper is one piece and cannot be painted, re-textured, or otherwise repaired if damaged in an accident. Really suck! – I call the same place that had repair my car last year... not knowing the had new owners....my mistake!!! I took my car to them....I am their client.. right? nope..they sided with the insurance company of the people to rear ended my car....over charge me and my car sound so noisy!! would never go back and telling my friend, coworkers, relatives and everybody i know to never go there!!!

Excellent Service and Quality Work – I can't say anything bad about my experience. They took care of me in every way they could making sure I had a rental (waiting on me when I got there and I dropped it off to them when I left) and my car looked flawless. A+++ Highly reccommended

Great service, quality work – This is for their 2nd avenue (downtown) location and I took a Lexus SC430 tehre. The service was great, Greg went extra mile for me when I needed it. The work is of superb quality - I had the car repainted almost everywhere, minor structural damage repaired, exhaust replaced, and couple other things fixed. The paint job is particularly amazing. Be careful... – I used Bradshaw when I wrecked my Range Rover a few years ago and was very disappointed with their repair quality. They overwrote my estimate (I have a neighbor who also owns bodyshops who told me my estimate was severely written up) and left some sort of water/oil spots on my interior. I appreciated their friendly attitudes, but not their ability to earn a higher profit on my expense.

I wish I would have used Lyk Nu as was recommended by 3 other people. – These guys come across as being nice enough, but they are totally incompetent and have NO CLUE as to set or stay on a schedule. Their estimate even took 3 days longer than they had initially told me. What a bunch of bumbling yahoos.

Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient – I have never been so nicely treated at a body repair place. The guys at Bradshaw's (downtown) were helpful, easy to talk to, and took care of everything with my insurance. I don't know anything about fixing cars and the men there explained everything to me in detail, were very professional and even helped me set up a rental car.
