RecommendedI recently had some damage repaired on my rear quarter panel. A couple other shops said it would be a major repair and it would be very expensive. When I brought it to Abra the staff said it wouldn’t be too terrible, got me a quote which was much cheaper than the other shops, and I was happy to have them fix it. They did an excellent job on the repair, called every day with updates, AND let me come in and check it out. It looks brand new, the staff were honest, friendly, professional, and overall good people.
Anyone who berates my sweet mother and tells her getting a quote there is wasting her time is not a business I will ever support. I would highly recommend assessing the customer service skills of your staff and consider making some changes.
Hands down the absolute best service- installation and pricing in the area. I have used ABRA on 4 different vehicles and have always had a great experience. The Oconomowoc location is incredible professional and courteous. I will never go anywhere else for a windshield replacement or repair. I highly recommended them to everyone.
Great people to work with here. Answered all of my questions, kept me updated, did a great job, and went above what was expected. I will be recommending any and all friends and family in the future. Thanks for taking care of me and my car!
