I’ve placed two orders through them and family members have also placed a few orders. All of the orders have arrived in a timely manner, the glass arrives nicely packaged, and the most recent package had a few extra goodies thrown in (some stickers and back-issue magazines) I’ve been pleased with every order so far!
ABR is staffed with nice, friendly people and my order got to me in two days. Who could ask for anything more. ABR for all my glass needs!
Good product, great price ,slow to arrive
Lucky to get one star. My glass order was shorted. Your customer service apparently doesn't exist. Not even a response from the owner in a personal email! YOUR mistake should have been rectified immediately. It didn't take a rocket scientist to figure out what happened. The only response I ever got was from Mitch. He said he would check into what happened and speak to the shipping team and figure out what happened and get back to me. Ya sure thing.
