Hired Gary Wall of ABR to remodel 3 small bathrooms and install an egress window (budget $50K). He demanded $25K up front, billed me over $52,000, and did not finish one single bathroom, and left a hole punched in the wall where the egress window was supposed to be. Left the entire condo an unlivable mess, did not procure the necessary permits, did unlicensed electrical work (also left unfinished).
