Honestly go to clearwaves, they clear your skin in a painless way, and you can eat whatever you'd like. ABQ Skin care & Acne Clinic did nothing, and made clearing acne super tedious. Update: Skin is still clear, and I can still eat whatever I want. (10-22-19) Update: Still clear! You all said that my skin just cleared up over time but the scarring from them picking at it is still soooo bad. The only lingering acne I have is the damage they did. Eat what you want. Go somewhere else (3-18-26)
