My mom tells me they neglect the people here and the staff are always saying "tomorrow" or "later" they haven't let my mom shower in 4 days since she got here

My friend was discharged from hospital to this rehab for physical therapy. When I went to visit my friend the nurses were rude. The floors were dirty. I asked a few times to help my friend with cleaning her but they never came and I had to leave. The place gave me a bad vibe. And now my good friend is back to hospital. Admitted to ICU. I would not recommend this place.

I have to leave one star but I wouldn't even give this place that my husband has fallen twice once on his face and another on his hand really badd hes been outside smoking when hes not supposed to have a Cigaret whatever fell over burned himself in 3 different places several different times vary the staff does not communicate with each other or with his insurance so we can transfer him to another place various the communication the food that he is supposed to be on for diabetes is not being served correctly. I recently had a friend who was at this facility. I was very impressed with the friendliness and competency of the staff. Everyone I met was very helpful and willing to go over and above to meet our needs. My friend left today and we were very glad he had this experience at Camino.
