During my visit to this center, I felt very comfortable, as the staff members are excellent—highly efficient and very pleasant—especially Ms. Sonia and the other young woman who works alongside her. I wish them both the very best in this job and hope they continue to share their expertise with others.

Very good experience overall. The process was smooth and well organized, and we didn’t have to wait long. Sonia stood out—she was very kind, professional, and explained everything clearly so we knew exactly what to expect. She made the whole experience easy and comfortable.
