I was delighted with our experience having them come to house for our 3 cats. They were excellent at not stressing the cats. A very good experience. I would highly recommend.
We had our beloved Bagheera put to rest as his health had deteriorated and we knew he was suffering. We opted to have a mobile vet come to do the compassionate act in our home as Bagheera hated going to the vet. Dr. Deidre Grinenko and her assistant came and they were so kind and gentle. They were so sweet, empathetic and kind to the situation. Nothing felt pressured and Dr Niccolett was amazing. She let us know about the entire process before doing anything. They also stepped outside and let us have much needed time alone with our fur baby. Megan was also great and would respond within minutes via text to any questions we had. Thank you guys so much for helping our baby move on.
Sooo great. They came to my house to help my pitbull cross the rainbow. So personal and heartwarming. They were tender and loving with him.
Looking back on the day we had to put our old pup down, I realize how poor the experience was. I think about this often. I chose to proceed with end of life care with our 17 year old girl at home in a safe space. Side note: Coincidentally lost our other dog a month later to sudden cancer and had an entirely different experience with their usual vet (clinic).
