Michelle was pleasant, friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our mediation process! She drafted up the necessary documents and was very responsive and quick to prepare what we needed. While she may have a lot of knowledge, the condescending verbiage used clearly showed that she took a side. Much of the feedback wasn't objective. I left feeling unsafe in a system that won't see me and my experiences, but they would relish the notes that she gave to the judge.

She was awful. Very one sided and expensive. Doesn't care about fairness. We hired her as a mediator then she filed documents with the Court as a court appointment arbitrator. She overstepped. If mediation fails, the parties have an option to take the divorce to trail with the judge. She only cared about her expensive fees and only mother's side. Beware, if you are father.
