Just moved in about a month ago. The property manager and office manager were very nice to work with. I felt that they were very helpful and attentive on the move in process. Had a few challenges but they took care of the matters right away! A HUGE shout out to the maintenance crew for going above and beyond. Lucas has been great!
I'm happy to talk about Nova Pointe Apartment. Mr. Jorge and Mrs. Desire are two very special people in the office, very understanding and kind, always willing to listen and help. Great place to live.
Writing this review after moving in a little over 3 weeks ago. Liz has been absolutely amazing through the entire process. We inquired about applying for our unit after taking a tour the week prior and it took less than three days to apply, be screened, approved, and moved in! We asked Liz if it was possible to get us in before Thanksgiving and she definitely delivered! We were able to enjoy Thanksgiving dinner in our new apartment. DO NOT LIVE HERE! Awful place to live at, let’s talk about the environment, very disgusting, dirty, and rusting. The service is awful, it is so hard for me to get in contact with anyone, I’ve called and never get a call back nor do I get answered, I’ve walked down to the office during the times it says open and is locked and nobody is in there, I had to wait a couple of hours to go back and be helped. I had trouble with getting hot water working for my shower, I asked why I didn’t have hot water for 2 weeks and the lady says... read more
