I really should of payed attention to these reviews Just a horrible experience…now that we have found a good therapist. We now realize how great it can be.
I do not recommend.
Had to wait 6 weeks for an appointment to find out the business’s address is wrong and now I have to reschedule another 6 weeks out since I showed up to the wrong location. UPDATE YOUR ADDRESS. Also front desk girl is rude. Seriously I am so annoyed.
my experience with the counseling services started out extremely well, I was going once every 2 weeks and doing well I felt a connection with her and it was a very different experience for me, but for one of my appointments I was sick and called off the appointment for that day because I simply could not attend that day and after that I tried to reschedule an appointment but nothing, no response or contact at all.
