I would give ZERO STARS with I had the option. Avoid CP & Sons Appliance Repair Re: KitchenAid 5 Door Refrigerator $4,000 This fool "Anthony" wanted to charge me $300 for 5 minutes of labor and $476 for a part - claimed it could take 2 weeks to 6 months for a backorder part. $850 for 5 minutes of work - when and if the part finally arrives. He had to pull the panel TWICE to test the control board. I sensed he did NOT know what he was doing. Excellent service from start to finish. The technician, Anthony, arrived promptly, was knowledgeable, and handled the repair with professionalism and care. Pricing was fair and transparent.
Anthony was out to fix our oven the next morning and the job took him 15 minutes. I called a few other appliance repair places and C.P. And Sons was both the fastest and cheapest option. Will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to anyone!
