Been trying to reach him for over a week, I've been locked out of my security system and have had to physically monitor my business to make sure all customers have left the premises for over one week. Called, texted, and emailed numerous times with no response. Then got a response saying he will look into it, and it's been 3-days with no response since his text. Unreliable and unprofessional.
