MY MOTHER IN LAW is under care of this agency and everything is uphill in dealing with it, they sends people with no experience at all in how to take care of the elderly, employes don't showed up when they should and never on time, when asked the manager they complaint about not having sufficient personal to cover for it, they gives a lot of excuses and not assuming responsibility, you have no idea how difficult is to deal with this agency you loves ones are not receiving a quality service, if they don't like negative review... read more
This place could care less about your loved ones. CAUTION to stay away! If you want a severe case of anxiety and to worry if anyone is going to show up to do their jobs then you have found the right place. When they are in the wrong they do whatever they can to sweep it under the rug and hide that there is ever an issue. I am not sure who would ever trust them with someone you love!
