Working at ABP has been a rewarding experience. As an employee, I’ve found the environment to be supportive, especially from the management, and there’s a genuine emphasis on betterment of work environment and cultural sensitivity and inclusion. The management is really supportive and really recognizes the talent and appreciate them, The management is also fair, and accommodations are made when possible for personal needs or emergencies.
I have been working at the agency for a year. I am grateful for the opportunity to demonstrate my capabilities and skills, and the opportunity to continue learning in the social area. I highlight the agency's challenge of understanding and respecting the multiculturalism of its employees and clients.
Everything seems to be a challenge - getting home health hours increased, getting nurses to show up, having PT/OT scheduled. It feels like you are dealing with a chatbot.
