Prompt, professional, thorough, and easy to work with.
This project was about 1.5 years ago, but warrants a review. We had an appointment date in the a.m. for installation of a new faucet provided by Aboveboard Plumbing. The app't was confirmed the day before via phone. The morning of the app't, we got a call from a unrecognizable number, so we did not answer due to spam & scam. Amazing plumbing company.
They found the root cause that others overlooked! Randall and Mike came to my house after the third time in the last two years of having the same back up of my system. They took the time to look beyond the initial clog and sent their camera all the way through to the street. Not only did they find roots in a small section of pipe that other contractors had missed, but they also gave me a recommended action plan and timeline to get the pipe repaired or replaced before it becomes an issue again. I did not need two plumbers for this very simple repair (I had sent them pictures in advance). The apprentice was billed at 82% of the journeyman's $130/hr rate even though he only gets paid 20 bucks an hour. The apprentice only fetched a few parts from the truck & talked on his phone costing me $115/hr extra. What a complete farce. Never, ever again!
