I'm new to the city and my back brake pads had gone out. I was stressed and didn't know where to go or who to contact. The way this shop and the workers not only provided A1 service, but they were also extremely hospitable and made me feel very comfortable while I waited. I will DEFINITELY be returning for any and all future work, as well as referring any and everyone I come across to this shop. Thank you, with every fiber in me for your wonderful service.
We picked up a nail in our tire. Owner was able to plug it quickly and get us on our way. Super nice. Affordable.
Me and the lady had a blow out and after a couple stops at the big corporate tire shops nobody could fix a simple tire valve on a Mercedes spare tire. They said it was a special type but the the owner Todd at Above the Rim took it upon himself to search out and find a valve that would work and got us back on the road in no time. Also his helper mechanic Don was nice and went out of his way also. I give this place a 5 star rating for customer service and would recommend 100%.
