This company is he biggest bunch of scam artists! My 85 year old mother received a call from them to say that they had installed her chimney cap years ago. It was under warranty and they wanted to come check it out for free. "it will not cost you anything"! She, of course said yes. They came over, went on the roof and told her that her liner had not been installed correctly causing damage to the chimney. This company is not honest. They will tell you that a new liner, etc is needed. Of course, you can't get up there to check it out. Do not use them, they are crooks. The guy John actually pulled a $100.00 bill out of my hands twice. Told me it was a tip for the guys. They never got a dime. I couldn't do anything because they were in the middle of finishing the chimney.

Used this company twice. They came "on time" . They were professional, and respectful. I would recommend them.
