We were on our way from Pittsburgh Pa to Louisville Kentucky and about 2/3 of the way the serpentine belt broke. Which was Father’s Day. Apparently AAA and Good Sam club couldn’t tow us to somewhere to get our broken serpentine belt replaced. Calling 911 ended up getting us leads to someone that might be able to tow us to the Buckey RV which we can see from the side of this dam interstate! (But they are closed on sundays). They came out and diagnosed my car right away even after normal business hours and during the holiday season. Super friendly and helpful service during a stressful time!
We left Canada on Oct 11th with our RV and had just gotten an inspection done on it at the shop. They had to replace the AC compressor and alternator belts as they needed it. Not long after leaving the shop the RV started to overheat, so I went back and they head mechanic apologized as they mechanic working on it had installed the belts on the wrong pullies. we agreed to call in half an hour and I had to tell him the parking place of my driver so that he would drive up. He did not pick up the phone for a long time and finally, on the 5th time, he picked up the phone and said that he could only come tomorrow, it was not professional.
My semi broke down and I was referred to them and within 2HRS WE WERE PICKED UP WITH OUR SERVICE DOG AND TAKEN TO A HOTEL. THEY PICKED US THE NEXT DAY AND HAD THE DRIVE LINE BACK TOGETHER AND ROLLING. FAST RELIABLE NO NONSENSE TYPE GUYS. IF I COULD GIVE TEN STARS I WOULD. CHECK THEM OUT YOU WONT B DISAPPOINTED
