One: They were the only mechanic available ANYWHERE NEAR ME. Two: They did have a tendency to run late on any time frame they gave me. BUT, they gave me as much of their time as they could considering they had other cars to tend to. Three: The guy was extremely generous, picking me up from my hotel to save me money on gas, and FIXED MY VAN! Which is the most important part. They are very professional. They came quickly to assist me. I needed 2 tires. I was charged $120 for each tire in all I paid $420 That was very reasonable. The guy made two trips he had to first take my tires off my vehicle and take it back to his shop to install the new tires on my rim and then he came back and put them on my vehicle if you’re in the Jefferson Ohio area call this company to assist you
We were on our way from Pittsburgh Pa to Louisville Kentucky and about 2/3 of the way the serpentine belt broke. Which was Father’s Day. Apparently AAA and Good Sam club couldn’t tow us to somewhere to get our broken serpentine belt replaced. Calling 911 ended up getting us leads to someone that might be able to tow us to the Buckey RV which we can see from the side of this dam interstate! (But they are closed on sundays). They came out and diagnosed my car right away even after normal business hours and during the holiday season. Super friendly and helpful service during a stressful time!
We left Canada on Oct 11th with our RV and had just gotten an inspection done on it at the shop. They had to replace the AC compressor and alternator belts as they needed it. Not long after leaving the shop the RV started to overheat, so I went back and they head mechanic apologized as they mechanic working on it had installed the belts on the wrong pullies.
